Pump Legacy

P.U.M.P Legacy is built on three things: building self-esteem, creating a more welcoming, supportive environment on campus by giving students the opportunity to network with one another, and giving students the chance to express themselves through artistic development and runway performance. We are a community service organization, and our goal is to help everyone reach success. Our mission is to give back, not only the university, but to other organizations by amplification through fashion. P.U.M.P strives to give students the opportunity to work with models and be featured during shows. P.U.M.P. plans to give back to the university through community service by organizing events and shows that highlight other organizations and centers on campus, such as the Women’s center. Students and organizations will have the opportunity to gain exposure, network with other organizations, give back to and network with Lincoln University alumni at our shows and events. Students with businesses and entrepreneurs on campus can network with P.U.M.P. as a promotional platform. We offer a variety of avenues for students to engage in. Students will have the opportunity to gain more knowledge in fashion design, performing arts, makeup/ hair workshops, dance 101 and runway training. These resources will be provided through networking with other organizations. Legacy will provide the proper runway and modeling to prepare for the modeling industry beyond Lincoln University and what it has to offer. As a team, we will travel to various casting calls, fashion weeks, and other universities as a team to give models more experience in the modeling industry outside of Lincoln. We will also provide the proper requirements, such as head shots and runway training, to prepare the models that would like to pursue a modeling career outside of the university. We will partner with Lion Media for photo and video shoots for promotion purposes. Networking, promotion, and self-confidence is the root of our mission here at P.U.M.P. Legacy. Where we help those who learn, liberate and lead.
